Whilst I love the convenience of shopping online, even from a ‘traditional’ bricks’n’mortar store, too often the ‘shop’ and the ‘ecommerce’ facilities are completely separated with no communication between the two. With Sounds Easy, I’ve never had an issue chasing up details via phone, email or whatever, whether I’ve ordered online or in-person, to pick-up or have delivered. That’s why Sounds Easy are my first choice when shopping… the fact they also usually have competitive pricing (or can usually price-match) on current models AND actually hold stock of most gear they advertise is also a winner.
