eSIM worked great as we moved around the USA. Had good coverage and strong signal and was nice to not have to worry about how much data I was using. And I accidentally ordered a physical SIM and they switched it for an eSIM without hassle.

I bought a European SIM. Initially I wasn’t receiving text messages. After a long online chat with 3 (the telco), found I had to change my region to the UK for texts to work. Global roaming also needs to be turned on to use in Europe. After these initial issues, the SIm worked well in Czechia, Austria, France, Germany, Belgium and the UK. The data provided (12GB) was more than enough as I used wifi in my accommodation. I only used it a couple of times for texts and phone calls in Europe and it worked well. Would recommend the European SIm from Sim Corner and would use again.
