We were so surprised when our 75" TCL QLED T. V. suddenly stopped working. I used an internet search to help in diagnosing what could be wrong, but, went ahead & ordered a replacement TV as I assumed it would be technical & difficult in attempting to repair the set myself. Adter reading the troubleshooting section on ShopJimmy, I decided to attempt the repair myself. After actually seeing the inner workings of my set, I was amazed at how simple the repair might actually be and if I was wrong, I'd just be out very little money if unable to make the necessary repairs. After having verifying the proper T-CON part number, I order a replacement board, had it NEXT DAY shipped. The board arrived well packaged and on time. I was able to easily replace the faulty board with the new board & we were watching TV 30 minutes later. We were so glad we were able to return the replacement TV for a full refund and ecstatic that we saved close to $1000. I'll never be afraid or intimidated by these TVs again. They are so simple to repair and I'm book marking ShopJimmy as my "GO TO" for all future repair orders. Thank you SO much.

WORKS PERFECT SOLVED PROBLEM

I originally purchased a PCB inverter and I was matching it with the model number of their website, but it was wrong so I had to purchase the correct one. Shop Jimmy made it easy to return and purchase the correct one and they were very efficient in refunding the money. The product works phenomenal. They even helped me do a two year warranty on my product. I will definitely be using them again.
