I am from Oregon and was asked to mix a five piece band in Idaho in February. I have been DJing since 1979 and was asked if I could bring sound reinforcement for a band. I needed more than my normal setup including wedge monitors, extra microphones, DI boxes, and extra lighting. I was thinking about how I was going to run my AC cables and was looking into an extension cord with multiple outlets. There are plenty on Amazon but reviews were not good. A Google search took me to this Seismic Audio site and this extension. I don't know where to begin. The cord was everything I could have hoped for with the spacing, the four - 4 outlet blocks, and the spring loaded covers. The extra socket at the end, which was conveniently needed. The lit up blue lights on a curved stage was the Chef's Kiss. This cord is indeed heavy duty. The band was so impressed and the keyboard player is ordering one. I didn't know if I was going to use this but I thought it would be a good investment. I was so happy to not only use it but will use it many more times. Do yourself a favor and get this Extension Cord!
