The customer service at Scosche.com has been an excellent experience. I wanted this phone mount for the dash application and when it arrived in the mail in 2-3 days after placing order, I opened the package and discovered the disk that was needed for dash mount application was not in the box. I called Scosche and spoke with a gentleman and told him of my issue. He was very courteous and looked up my order to verify which one I had purchased and said he would place one in the mail for me.! Arrived in 2-3 days once again. Very satisfied with this purchase and with the customer service I received after the purchase as well. Would high recommend Scosche and their products. In my opinion and experience, they’re the best on the market! You won’t be disappointed! Have a blessed day, and remember….put the phone down and drive!
