I have a different handle bar connection and it won't work. Returning.

I have purchased several phone cases from Rokform for myself and my family members. I believe they have cutting edge technology and have a product that far exceeds the competition. However, I recently broke my kickstand that was purchased with my iPad tablet case and was informed that Rokform no longer carries or supports the product. This is not the way a cutting edge company should take care of their customers. I work for a manufacturer of subsea equipment which we are also considered cutting edge, the difference is when we obsolete or discontinue a product we always support the older product that is in the field and I believe this is what keeps customers coming back. You may want to think about incorporating this philosophy into your company. My iPad case is of no use to me if I can't use it at a desk or table. Thanks for listening.
