You guys send the wrong item, then send another one in regular mail take 7 days really bad

I have been waiting for a very long time for this case and keep getting a false estimate of when I will receive this case. I paid $120 and I have an unprotected phone that we all know is very expensive and very fragile thus why we buy expensive cases for them. I have enjoyed my two previous rokform cases but I am very disappointed how long it has taken to receive this one. Also when I purchased this case I should have been told when this case would be available.

Have been waiting over a month...I understand it still hasn't been shipped?? I now cant log into your website to even see my order status. Very disappointing service. Your products were recommended to me but I'm afraid I will struggle to do do the same. Dr Brett Gerrard

Ordered case back in September and still have not received it. I've sent several emails with only one response saying they do not have a order for me and was forwarding my email to someone else. Would like a response in a timely manner. I've sent copy of my PayPal receipt.

Order #31969 - I ordered my Predator (iPhone 7 plus) case in SEPTEMBER and still haven't received it. I've written several emails to your company regarding this matter. I was told (via email) that I'd have my case SOME TIME in November. I wrote again to inquire if it would be "early or late" November and was told "mid November". Now it's 11/17 and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CASE and when I inquired again this week, I was told it would be "closer to late November"!! I have been a loyal customer of your company for years, and ordered MANY cases (I upgrade my phone each year) and accessories. I have even been "salesperson" for Rockform because I love your cases, but this situation is extremely troubling to me. I really need and want my case!
