I've ordered a few items from Rokform and I will continue to give them my business for the foreseeable future. There has been a few times where an accessory was not in the box when the item was delivered but I got on the phone within seconds of calling them and they had the missing item delivered within 2 days no questions asked!

Great product!

I've had 2 different cases over the last 4 year or so and I like them however my only beef with the case is that for the Samsung S6 the case separates at the seam just about every time i take the phone out to clean it. I've talked with them and they have made improvements but it still does it. I will say they do stand behind their products and have given me a new case without major questioning every time i've had the issue. That is the main reason I'll probably keep buying their product and gave them 4 instead of 5 stars.

So far so good. The belt clip holder needs to be broke in. Other than that, seems very durable. And the magnet is pretty awesome too.
