The lock feature (I think Rokform calls it their RMS lock) broke on my mount and I contacted them regarding a warranty replacement. Sloan was extremely responsive and patient. Claim submitted Thursday, replacement parts in my hand by Monday. SoCal made & designed with exceptional service, quality products reasonably priced, Consider me a customer for life!

Received my stickies to the magnet within a week and very satisfied Rokform was able to do this for me.
