The correspondence was timely but they asked for the original sales slip, which I do not have. The part that is broken is the little connector that loops through the Galaxy S6 case. this is a small piece of string with a little plastic male quick connect part that connects into the female side that has a much more substantial band. The locking tabs for the twist-lock on my bicycle handlebar mount snapped off after years of great service. Rokform customer service explained that this was to keep from damaging the phone (breakaway instead of resisting) and shipped a replacement mount out the very next day free of charge. I have bought 4 different cases from you all for different phones and love them. I have had only one issue ever with one and 1 email to customer service and it was replaced. Can say enough about how great the customer service is. Excellent job.

I was not sure how they would make a case for this phone that would keep the functionality of the edge feature of the phone. I have had the case for a few months and love it; especially the magnet in the back of the case. It makes it the phone so versatile that I can place my phone out of harms way while I work.
