Love all the products I have ordered and use them on a daily basis. I have the bike Pro mount, two car mounts and iPhone 6+ aluminum case that I have been using for over a year now and all are like brand new! The only incident I have had so far is with the bike now when I crashed mountain biking I broke the mounting bracket and Rokform replaced it no questions asked! Favorite friendliest customer service and sales people I have ever worked with!

the case is great. its like a storm trooper uniform for my iphone.

I needed a replacement part which I could not find on their website in order to purchase, I spoke to customer service and not only did they send me a replacement they sent to additional at no cost at all. Now that's real customer service, thank you!

You folks have done things that no one else had with your neodymium magnet cases that stick my iPad to the side of the wall of any ship at sea. The iPad 2 I have with the magnet case works like a dream. Every sailor or professional seaman should have one! Will there be a model for the iPad pro, 12.9"?

Contacted Rokform to see about replacing the little 4 pronged plastic piece that the phone locks onto. The support person (Julie) responded quickly and requested a photo to show the problem and that they would send a replacement. They did so immediately and I received it within 2 days via US Mail. Now I'm back on the road with my phone mounted securely. Thanks for the quick and painless response.
