I’ve had several rokform cases over the years and have loved every one of them. I’ve recently had three of the iPhone 6 plus slim cases that the rubber lip has separated from the plastic case. I love the case so I was helped by Samantha and received a couple of warranty replacements. The issue persisted with each replacement and she suggested using the warranty upgrade program which is a great program! She got me into a new fuzion pro case and hopefully this one will do better for me. She’s a great asset to your team and was super helpful through all of my issues. I needed some replacement parts for an older cell phone case (I Phone 4) I contacted Rok Form and they were quick to reply and help me find what I needed. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bottom of my Rokform case broke after years of use, I was devastated as I love this case. I emailed to see if I could buy a new piece somewhere, and I was sent two replacements for free!
