The customer service is incredible! The products are amazing! I have a magnetic case and placed my phone on the outside of my car and drove 10 miles to work reaching speeds of 50 mph. Got to work and began looking for my phone inside the car and couldn't find it. I knew I had it with me because I was using the blue tooth headset. I got out of car to look under my seat to see if it had fallen and there it was still on the outside of my car right where I left it!

Samantha was very patient, and answered all of my questions. She helped me develop mounting solutions for several devices onto my motorcycle using the RokForm mounting options. I highly recommend the products, and especially the customer service.

The customer service is probably the best I've ever dealt with. I had a minor problem with the belt clip four or five months of use and emailed rokform and was contacted by phone within 20 minutes. They are sending me the parts to fix it.(3 of each)
