The magnet and the case have been as I expected. The service with the company has been great to deal with. My case detached from the rubber lining around the front of the iPhone 6s plus. I called it in and they warranted the case. The biggest issue with the case that is not very visible from photos is the front screen protection. I have had cases in the past that had a little more of a lip or they had bumpers on the four corners of the front of the case that would allow you to place the phone upside down without damaging the screen. As of now the front is flush so if you were to put the case face down you can easily scratch your screen. I do not think it needs much modification but this addition would certainly help with the protection of our investments. If you need someone to test the new version let me know. So I cracked my RokForm tempered glass 6s+ screen protector. Thankfully didn’t crack the glass covering on the phone. I mistakenly ordered the crappy (not RokForm’s fault!) plastic screen protectors. After my email inquiry; Rockford sold me the “correct glass” protector at a 30% discount. Couldn’t be happier with their support. They could’ve just passed on having to deal with a customer that can’t accurately read a product description, but they stepped-up and as a result, continue to have me as a loyal customer.
