i was in a motorcycle crash and ended up breaking off one of the locking tabs on my handle bar phone mount. i called Rokform and explained the situation and the lady in the customer service department explained how easy it was to warranty a part. all i did was take a picture of the broken piece and emailed it to their company with my shipping address, and within the next couple days, the shipped me 3 replacements pieces just in case it happened again, i wouldnt have to go without my phone mount while i was waiting for a new piece to come in. also, they gave me a 20% off coupon as an apology for having this inconvenience me
