I have been a Rockform customer for a while now. Recently, I noticed that my fuzion case had an insert that needed fixing. The piece that I needed was not offered for purchase so I contacted customer service. After answering some questions Rokform actually sent me the replacement piece for free. They even paid the shipping. Other companies I have dealt with would hav made me by a whole new case. Thanks Rokform.
