I have the Rokform iPhone 6+ case and bike mount...I use it as a bike computer instead of a Garmin. Anyway, I lost the magnet/locking device on the case which rendered the whole set-up useless. I went on their web-site to see if I could purchase the magnetic insert separately but I couldn't find it; it looked like I would have to buy the whole case again. I decided to reach out to them by chat and then email to see if I could just get that piece. They sent it to me completely free of charge and no shipping (and I'm in Canada), in other words, free! It was a great and all too rare customer experience that has built a sense of loyalty with me. Rokform will always be my first choice when/if I am in the market for any of their products.

I have been through several of these cases for different phones. The motorcycle mount is great along with the magnet mount. It is the best case out.

I've been using and enjoying Rokform products since they were a fledgling company. But even the best products occasionally have minor issues, and I can honestly say whenever any such minor issue has arisen with one of their products, they have taken care of the problem with speed, efficiency, and to my complete satisfaction!

Had issues with my S7 case, but it was replaced. Great customer service and products.
