Great products that fit and work on my cell phone perfectly, long time user of Rokform products

Ordering case & customer service were great

I have owned a few Rokform cases over the years and they are the best option for mounting and protection. The RMS mount in the car is a fantastic design and superior to any other mount I have seen or tried. Rokform also wins on customer service - they have helped me out a few times and are always responsive and go over and above to ensure you are satisfied. The only complaint I have is that I now have to buy phones based on what Rokform makes a case for. I wish they made models for more phones. The universal mount works and I have used it during my Driod Turbo years - but I really prefer the look of the integrated case/ & mount.

I own a Rokform and love it. But one of the 4 prongs on the motorcycle mount broken off. I saw that it is a separate piece which screws on and I contacted customer service and asked if I could purchase just that screw on 4 pronged piece. I received a response within the hour stating it was under warranty and that you would send a replacement. Next day I received not 1 but 3 replacement pieces. That is just AWESOME customer service.

I had a problem with an iPhone armband that was still under warranty, they sent me a new one in a couple of days!
