Love my rokform case! One of the best cases I have owned, best value for sure!

In a time when people are getting increasingly accepting of shoddy products and equally sub-par service, I was extremely pleased at both the outstanding engineering of your Galaxy 7 case and bike mount. The mount holds the phone very securely on my bike, even on the roughest trails, yet allows me full access to all functions and controls. Metal construction ensures that it will provide outstanding service long after I've exchanged phones! Your service staff was pleasant and very helpful - especially Lauren. Please commend her for her positive, can do attitude! She's a real gem! Thank you all - I'll continue to recommend your products to all other bikers that I interact with!

Had an issue with a part on my bike mount that is more than a year old. Called in and was asked to email a photo of the broken part and quickly received 3 of the replacement part. Also was given a discount code for my next purchase. Great company with great industrial design, and quality.

Rokform is a brilliant brand with great products. However, it would be even better if it could improve on its customer service for overseas customers. Would most likely purchase another Rokform product when I do a phone upgrade.

Rockform was beyond helpful and nice. My replacement item was sent to me immediately.
