Good Product, Disappointing Delivery Service.

Overall it is a good product that gets the job done. But for the price I would have expected a more tool-less installation/design and not a flimsy plastic bar for cable management. The sliding in and out and locking function are spot on. It certainly gets the job done.

Shelf is sturdy for a front mounting one vs. 4 post. The shelf was 1/8th inch too small for us as the rails are on the inside. I wish this design allowed for a full or close to full 19" width.

Shipped fairly quickly. Customer service was incredible before and after my purchase (I had to cancel and order and re-order a different sized rack). Product itself is solid and easy to install. My only knock is the fact that, while the screw holes go clear to the bottom of the rack, you cannot put your bottom shelf that low. The holes don't line up correctly. So my bottom shelf is now 3 inches above the bottom of the cabinet.

These helped greatly with a solution we were stuck on. worked perfect.
