I give Rackmount the highest rating. We had a couple problems: 1.) getting it on time [FedEx paperwork mix-up] then damaged front door [again FedEx delivery]. But Rackmount replaced the damaged door quickly and cheerfully. And the server rack appears to be very high quality as advertised. I would recommend them highly. James

Workers great to mount switches side way

A shelf is a shelf but when you need one tomorrow Rackmount Solutions took the extra step, even with a change in the order 30 minutes after it was placed...delivered as promised.

The RackMount pull-our keyboard/mouse shelf I purchased was delivered quickly and the part shipped was the item delivered. However, the shelf was badly damaged during shipment and the package material was not sufficiently protective to ensure intact delivery. I requested a review and was quickly offered a replacement. The replacement came in one day, in superior packing, and intact. Kudos to the customer relations department and Laura Viars for excellent work that allowed deployment of a mission critical rack component in time for the launch of a new product and service response system for our company.
