Also helpful to get phone numbers for SIM cards from customer service before travelling so contact list can be updated before travelling. Only issue we had was before we left Australia, we installed the eSIMs the day before we left and kept getting the message that we could only make Emergency Calls, but turning off the eSIM fixed that. Using the eSIM overseas was flawless.
