Great fit for register. Took longer then I expected. But ordered just before a holiday

There was an inventory display error that caused an error in my order. Despite showing shippable inventory on the site, there was no physical inventory to ship. POS Catch was quick to identify the error and refund the charge to my card. The part I ordered was pretty obscure so I’m not surprised or upset that there was a problem. They were upfront and honest and that’s why this is five stars despite not receiving product from them. Honesty, integrity, and transparency always get a good review in my book.
