Offered something for sale that was out of stock, which lead to a huge disappointment. Even confirmed the sale, charged for payment only to email 2 days later that the item was out of stock! Huge disappointment!

I ordered cables several days ago and have got no notification of shipment. Calls to customer service go to voicemail and no one has called back.
