Vapourium

Ok so when I first purchased was over the moon with service and fast items being sent. Since then I have contacted twice and both times not happy. First time was to discuss the length of charge on new vape I purchased, ended up telling the lady to forget it, second was stock being out of stock. No help as to say when will be back in and if I could be informed when it was. Thinking of looking elsewhere. Thanks sam
