Vapourium

Recently I bought a new tank for my smokes stick. When I opened the package there was nothing inside the box. However I did get a full refund with shipping price included. Mabey next time I will actually get something.

I find it confusing and very annoying when i purchase more than 1 item and have to say i'll pick up 2nd item coz you don't do combined shopping. Not happy about it

Hi There, I really enjoyed the Vapourium e-juices, and I have purchased both in-store in Dunedin and on-line. However, I have since stopped purchasing from Vapourium due to poor customer service. I emailed many times requesting info on which of your e-juices contain AP, and I have been repeatedly fobbed off. Customers are entitled to know what it is they are ingesting, and Vapourium has acted cagey about this which makes me feel uneasy, like you're trying to hide it or avoid discussing it. Also my favourite Vapourium e-juice, the lemoncake, is no longer available and last time I ordered it I was sent a different e-juice instead with no explanation why until I emailed. But by that point I had already paid for it and received the other e-juice which I didn't want (fruit loops). I now purchase my e-juice from Vapo, and am really enjoying the Milkman and Twonk e-juices they import. They are delicious, and I know they contain Diacetyl but at least they're honest about it. i find that my vapour smoke get very hot around the middle is this suppose to happen
