...the Mod is by no doubt my favorite one. Build, weight, quality all at a superior level. Hits very strong (have to be careful with battery voltage) it’s still brining taste as low as 3,5 Volt. Customer support disappointed me a little so far. Why...? The beautiful wooden box in that the mode comes was broken. On arrival I’ve taken pictures and emailed them right away... NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS NOW...instead a email with this review request. I didn’t ask for repair or anything (I’ll have it fixed here, by a craftsman) it was simply packed wrong...please give Your packing some thoughts, so this beautiful box will arrive ok.

Why did you guys stop shipping to Queensland, Australia?

I haven't contacted your customer support because my order always arrived on time but I do think that I should take this opportunity and flag few things 1. The nozzle on 120ml bottles are bit thick, people I know who order from Vaporium have had the same issue. The thickness makes it a absolute disaster when filling up SMOK tanks or for that matter any top fill tank with not big hole to fit in the nozzle. Sounds R rated!!! 2. The mix that I ordered last time wasn't up to the mark, Rye and Green Apple were horrible in taste. The cream was fantastic, as always, others like fruit-loop was OK. 3. Long ago, I ordered a free box of juice from you guys. I think I placed the order on your website along with couple of people who work with me. None of us have received anything from Vaporium.
