I know this seems strange that I am giving a 5 star review and yet I am saying I can't rate the customer support so let me clear things up. I found Vapourium through google, I visited the site, it looked really good to me. I found the items I wanted to purchase at a good price, a price I was happy to pay, my checkout process was easy, the emails I received about my order had all the information I required, the items I ordered were dispatched in a timely manner and arrived at my door the next day. On opening the package I found exactly what I ordered and also a free gift from the Vapourium. The products I ordered were very high quality and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I at no time during this had any reason to contact Customer Support, I am sure they are a lovely bunch of people and very helpful, but if this company continues to give this level of excellent service, I am sorry to say, I will will never have to contact them. Keep up the great work guys.
