Ordered the battery on 12/14. Still have not received it

Ordered a replacement battery for my Bose Speaker. It’s been over three weeks since I placed the order and I have still have not received the battery! They use US Postal for shipping and from tracking information, it was over 2.5 weeks until the package left their warehouse in CA and arrived at US Postal facility. Terrible shipping !

I ordered about a month ago and still haven't received my order. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

Still waiting for my April 18 order to be filled
