Native Union (US)

I bought the white Clic Air on sale. The case was much thinner than I expected; it feels like paper right out of the box. The look is beautiful and really shows off my gold iPhone. However it has no grip whatsoever and is not anti slip as advertised. It actually will slide around untouched if left on a surface like paper or a finished wood or fabric couch. I am satisfied for the sale price ($12.50 or so) but would have regretted the purchase if I paid full price. For the quality and impracticality, it wasn’t worth that much too me. For protection AND beauty, I’d still choose my other Native Union case (the taupe/clear Clic case from 3 years ago), but it’s no longer sold. NU, I hope you all bring that one back someday!

Unfortunately my experience dealing with Native Union customer support was unacceptable. I notified customer support twice in very specific emails my desire to return my wireless charger purchase within the 14 day, no questions asked return period. The responses from customer service totally ignored my requests. I will never order another product from Native Union again.

So tired of spending money on these well-conceived, yet poorly executed products.
