So the automatic shut-off is kind of annoying. Also, if you turn the vape up all the way, the plastic material on the mouthpiece will actually start melting and you will inhale those vapors. It's not bad, but if I could go back and pick a different dry herb vaporizer, I would. Being able to change the temperature is a big plus though! It also heats up very quickly.

the device failed after one week. you should be willing to pickup some of the slack here.....

It doesn’t hold a charge

I was very excited to receive this. Apparently Apple stopped caring the app. If you can’t control the temperature it is worthless. I emailed tech-support and they never answered me. Please provide some suggestions

The Pax 3 is great and works exactly as described. I would strongly advise against ordering from this website, however. After paying an additional "non-refundable" fee for 2-day shipping and spending hours on multiple phone calls, web chats, and emails with the incredibly unhelpful (and apparently ONLY) customer service rep, it took almost two weeks to receive my purchase. Many of the most unpleasant details are omitted in this review in an effort to be concise, but bottom line is RUN (to somewhere else that carries similar products)!!
