Fast shipping and excellent customer service

The Firefly 2 vape itself is awesome. I love the way it heats up so fast and turns itself off when not in use. It's efficiency has really cut down on my flower use! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it came with very little information on use. I had to scour the internet and youtube to find out about all the features and how to use them. I was also very disappointed that as an iPhone user, the app was not available to me.
