I used the online chat to get some answers about the Jabber speakerphone I was looking to purchase. I also needed the device the next day. The customer service rep who answered my queries was very helpful and quick to respond. I got what i wanted and i got it the next day. I placed the order. By the end of the day they said it was shipped and by the next afternoon I had my package.
