I rang and spoke to a person who was able to search out the parts for a GN9120 headset. These were ordered through the website and the delivery arrived in a few days of placing the order. Very prompt and efficient.

Setting up the device was very easy. Not much setup was required other than selecting the right option (letter A for Cisco) and just inserting the cables. Sound quality was acceptable. Please note that this is just our acceptance test and to check for the reliability of this device will require us to use it for a few weeks.
