Pretty average and misleading to say Ships in 1 -2 Business Days but then not provide a tracking number. Took 2 days to provide me with that information, only then to discover that the item is coming from Hong Kong with very little tracking information anyway.

Took longer than expected to arrive. No updates. Had to call and chase the products. Good price .

Ordered a wifi modem, it arrived but didn't work. Took weeks to get a return number. Posted back the modem, have been chasing for 2 weeks to find out how I get a new modem sent or a refund. I have called and emailed multiple times, no response. I was planning buying more modems for my business but I've used another vendor instead and I'll be warning others on OzBargin and other sites when MyITHub promotions pop up in the future.

No idea who you people are. Reported to ACMA. Thanks
