Good service during COVID delay conditions

I am in the process of returning the above head set. Unfortunately, having tried the USB connection on several lap tops, it does not work.

good product. Easy to wear. Mic good but head phone a bit quiet for those hard of hearing.

An excellent variety of well known brands, great descriptions and very responsive sales / support when required. Unfortunately there was a slight mix up where one of our items was missing from a shipment, but the issue was quickly rectified and sent out the next day :) Will definitely be purchasing other IT equipment again for their excellent prices and fast order turnaround.

Service was good but you sent me the wrong model.
