Sad we didn't switch sooner. Cheaper than our last plan, works in far more places, and oddly using less data than we were before, which just tells me the previous provider was charging us for data we weren't actually using. Only issues we've had was initial set up/confirmation, and we're on a family plan so each member has tasks left to set up payment which is annoying but easily ignored.

Shipping was good, easy. Activation was easy, lots of tutorials or guides if needed. Service is 7/10. Still worried my previous carrier will charge me even though I think it automatically canceled when I switched.
