Very happy with the new phone and excellent service

Exceptional. Set up took a little while for me but overall easy, once previous carrier gave me a code.

My husband and I were with Spectrum Mobile for 5 years. It worked fine expect in town but once you got out to the county it was awful. We decided to switch. We recently moved out of the city and my husband is a Rural Postal Carrier now. What could it hurt? Just to test it. I am so glad we made that decision. We have had Mint now for a month and I have service everywhere out here. My husband has service everywhere he goes to deliver mail. We are so both HAPPY with mint mobile. If your thinking about switching don't hesitate like we did! The number transfer was smooth and we got out Sims cards FAST! Now we are paying half the price compared to before and we don't have a phone bill for a year! :)

GREAT SERVICE AND RELIABLE NETWORK

Service was excellent. We are older, so written step by step instructions would have helped with activation, we didn't insert the sim card at the right time and had to redo, but we are very pleased with the plan.
