Did not receive confirmation e-mail, but they quickly responded when we gave our order number asked for a receipt!

The order from microscope.com was filled very quickly and the camera I ordered was exactly as advertised. An add on item was unavailable locally and had to be shipped from the across the country. Customer service contacted me the day after I placed the order to ask if I wanted two shipments or to wait until the order was complete.

I received the microscope and it works great! Thank you!!
