We are grateful for your help in finding the right part for our microscope. Timely service!

Prompt delivery, good prices, excellent communication

Since the purchase of this microscope was in response to a request for a Christmas present I can say that I found the website easy to use and informative for a person who had no idea what they were doing and possessed no knowledge of microscopes, I am hopeful I got the perfect microscope at a great price but I will have to wait until after Christmas to get feedback from its recipient. Purchasing it was a dream and it arrived quickly.

quick on the shipping and delivery. less than a week. will make a great Christmas present.

Your service was excellent. Had some issues with the UPS delivery, but your representative Rhonda did a super job in expediting and resolving the delivery. Item ordered will make a great Christmas gift. Cheers, Mike OByrne
