Ordering online was easy, I ordered one scope, the base I ordered was backordered but Mike G. called me and explained the issue. He was able to rectify the issue with a replacement, so I could get my scope right away. I was so pleased with the product; I ordered 3 more scopes. One of the parts did not fit the new bases correctly, so Mike was able to get me the correct parts needed and sent me a return label so I could return the wrong parts. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Will definitely do business with them in the future if the need arises.
