I was surprised how quickly the microscope arrived ! It took longer to get from the UPS warehouse in Langley than from your warehouse in US ! Everything arrived in perfect condition,easy to set up with included instructions . My grandson loves it !

Great customer service

I have been really pleased so far by the extent of customer service. I had a question about the eyepiece and contacted their service branch, and the guy helped with my question and offered to help with setup and more! Packaging came surrounded in packing peanuts and in good condition. I prefered the selection microscope.com had compared to some other retailers I found online.

Microscope arrived well packed and intact. Easy setup and nice to have the instructions and manual. Great scope for a reasonable price.
