Great customer service

I have been really pleased so far by the extent of customer service. I had a question about the eyepiece and contacted their service branch, and the guy helped with my question and offered to help with setup and more! Packaging came surrounded in packing peanuts and in good condition. I prefered the selection microscope.com had compared to some other retailers I found online.

Microscope arrived well packed and intact. Easy setup and nice to have the instructions and manual. Great scope for a reasonable price.

The only thing I do not see is an instruction booklet. But my pre high school grand daughter is in love with it.
