When I ordered a microscope for a gift for this coming Christmas 2021 I noticed it was backordered until 3/1/21. Shortly before March 1st a received a call from microscope asking for my card number and the caller clearly explained that the number stay on sight for a certain amount of time. I gave her my number and she said it would ship on the 1st or 2nd. I received it today, March 5th. Wonderful customer service.

Great scope. Clear vision on all settings. Camera adapter will not attach to rubber eye piece. No big deal.
