This was my first time to order anything from microscope.com. I am a retired Math and Science teacher and wanted to start teaching my grandchildren about the secret world that exists in a drop of pond water. So...I picked up a used microscope that was missing some parts. I called customer service and spoke to Mike. I did not know what model my scope was and so Mike told to just take a picture of it and send it to him. In just minutes Mike responded with the correct model number and links to all of the parts I had requested. The order was perfect and this Christmas break my grandkids are going to have a whole new world opened to their eyes and minds. Thank you Mike!

We bought this microscope as a Christmas gift for our 3 grandsons. It arrived very quickly packed extemely well in a large box. We are anxious for Christmas to come to see how the boys react to it. We are pleased that there are additional kits one can purchase so the boys can use the microscope right away to look at several samples. Their parents are both science oriented so the microscope will be used under the direction of knowledgeable adults. This is a sophisticated instrument that will get lots of use.
