I sent a request about a week ago and have not heard back. Very disciplined. This was my first purchase and it's looking like it will be my last.

This item does not work. I have both requested a replacement through the email form and on the phone - and still have not received any information regarding how to get a working unit. Beware of buying this item.

I received an already used product. There was dust on the underside, the seal was clearly tampered with.

This outfit is really bad did not receive what I ordered customer service phone is a joke they never answer

Tried returning the item, no one will respond
