I bought Google Home as a gift for someone else who ended up not wanting the item. Ever since then I've been trying to return it. That was half a month ago. When I call them they hang up on me. Non of the tickets I have created were responded to. I would never buy from them again!

Complete garbage

It's ok that I received the wrong item, but it took three emails from me before I received a response from massgenie. I am still waiting on a return label so that I can send off the incorrect item so that I can finally get the correct item.

A non functional (would not power on at all) and defaced (serial number altered on the box) was sent to me. I had to have the item exchanged locally and will not purchase through this vendor again.

What I received what not the massager pictured. It had only five attachments and not six lile what was shown above. Very disappointed.
