Terrible my order never arrived I emailed your company and never got any response

I cannot give anything but a one star rating and should even be less since I never received the holster I ordered. Luvvitt mislabeled the package and or tracking number which showed that my package was shipped to a different address in a different town. I was then told that they are sorry and do not have any holster’s for the i-phone 6, but they would refund the money shortly. That notice came to me September 27th and today is October 3rd with no refund back to my credit card. With Luvvitt making the error, I would expect that they would refund the money quickly, not just soon. While I really liked the first Luvvitt holster and wanted another one, I was told that I needed to look into the matter with my postal service and they only offered to refund my money which has yet to happen. I do know things like this happen, but I feel that the company took no responsibility with the mistake or even acknowledge that they were in error. Respectfully submitted.
