Lorex UAT

I requested for help on a matter and still haven’t had anyone reach out to me. It’s been 3 months since I submitted my situation and have yet to have anyone reach out to me.

I have spent over 1.5 hours on the phone with them to get a problem resolved. a problem that wasn't mine. Could never speak to a supervisor, they would keep avoiding it. The nvr i have and cameras are great quality picture. If I could avoid using lorex again, it would be because of their customer service.
