I ordered a phone case and a screen protector. I received 2 screen protectors and no phone case. AFTER I emailed them about the error, they emailed back to tell me the phone case I ordered was out of stock and offered a different one in its place. One week later I have yet to receive said phone case or even a shipment notification.

My daughter bought this as a birthday gift and arrived few days after the birthday was over.

I ordered a case on may 5th. Not only did I receive the case a week and a half later than expected, but it wasn’t even the case I ordered!!
