I have already sent in my comments to House of inks

The delivery was incredibly fast. My only disappointment was that I made a mistake in ordering the wrong ink. But that’s not the fault of this organization.

Order filled and received within a day or so. I had to try and try to get one of the cartridges to function, no light shining through like the other 4 cartridges. When giving up, the color began to run. All is well.

Ordering and service is very good. Have had problems with cartridges running out of ink soon after being put into service and my last color cartridge (64XL) would not work at all when installed. I did however re-order on 11-13-2020 and will be contacting House-of-Inks for replacements if I have any more trouble
